Create the Red Layer: In a tall glass filled with ice, pour the Sangrita Viuda de Sanchez.
Carefully Add the White Layer: Using a bar spoon (or the back of a regular spoon), slowly pour the white Rum down the back of the spoon, allowing it to settle in the middle layer above the red Sangrita, add the mineral water.
Top with Blue Curaçao : Pour the Blue Curaçao directly into the glass. The blue Curaçao, being less dense than the other layers, should naturally rise to the top, creating the final blue layer.
Garnish: Decorate with mint leaves.
Note
To achieve a sharper separation between the layers, try chilling all the ingredients before layering them.
Adjust the amount of Sangrita to your taste preference.
You can add a squeeze of fresh lime juice for a touch of tartness, but this is optional.
