Blueberry Sangrita Rum Cooler

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. white rum
  • 1 oz. Sangrita Viuda de Sanchez
  • 1/2 cup blueberry juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • Club soda
  • Blueberry juice ice cubes
  • Watermelon rind slice and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
  1. Prepare ice cubes: Fill an ice cube tray with blueberry juice and freeze.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the white rum, Sangrita, blueberry juice, and lime juice.
  3. Shake and strain: Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with blueberry juice ice cubes.
  4. Top and garnish: Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a watermelon rind slice and mint leaves.
