Blueberry Sangrita Rum Cooler

blueberry juice
1/4

fresh lime juice
Club soda
Blueberry juice ice cubes
Watermelon rind slice and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Prepare ice cubes: Fill an ice cube tray with blueberry juice and freeze.
Combine ingredients: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the white rum, Sangrita, blueberry juice, and lime juice.
Shake and strain: Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with blueberry juice ice cubes.
Top and garnish: Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a watermelon rind slice and mint leaves.
